We offer our Real Estate Agents two options when sharing commissions with their brokerage. The fist option is our 100% commission package where you pay a nominal monthly fee to the brokerage. The second option is a a fixed rate commission paid to the brokerage of $500.00 for homes sold over 75,000, $250.00 for homes sold under 75,000, $100.00 for Rentals over 750.00 and $50.00 for those under 750.00 and for BPO’s only $25.00.
